Another naughty (physio wise) run around the domain. Felt good for 20mins, then walked once the hammies started to feel tight.

down one valley to the foreshore, along to the bridge and Rotomanu, then back and up another valley. Lovely morning for it, and 100+ other bubbles agreed that the foreshore was a nice place for local exercise.

Bought a mtb on trademe yesterday. woo! hopefully I can pick it up on Wednesday (and my new helmet will be delivered by then. And exercising in isolation is still OK then)

Broke free from the house, was getting some cabin fever after 4 days. Bit like the week before my surgery in that I'm fit and able but confined, while everyone else goes about normal life (for now).
Anyway, drove up to the edge of the national park and went for a walk up to mangakotukutuku falls. Lovely forest and really serene waterfall. Managed 10x1min jogging along the way. Progress yo
