Aaaand, slipped on a rock while sampling and did something to my glute medius. It was grumpy after last nights long on-road rogaine. Tight as muscle plus sudden movement...not good. Yet to see just how much not good.

Bellblock rogaine. Once again the map had no scale, so had to estimate and then replan halfway around. After last week, i took it conservatively and skipped 3 controls halfway around to be sure i'd get around the larger high points loop at the end. But then finished 12mins early...oops. Ah well. Felt good.
