SIC Long. Enjoyable course, well planned round the steep hilly farmland with no gratuitous climb. Stopped to admire the beautiful coastal views ;)
Rolled my ankle on the long leg but it loosened up after 100m or so. Stiff and sore after though.

South Island Champs sprint in bleinheim. Fun school area to start, then over to a small botanic garden, back to another school. All good. Then a really pointless running loop in the streets - which i messed up thanks to assuming the long leg was a well-balanced route choice. Ooops. Got halfway through the leg before realising my routechoice was actually blocked off where I wanted to get through and thus was an horrific choice. Lost 1min :/

Otari from wilton bush. Counted off 70 rabbits (65 brown/grey, 5 black, 1 ginga), 1 quail, and one NZ falcon, which had a lot of little bunnies to choose from for dinner...

O-gang from the Molloy's. Sidled around the bush to crofton downs, then trelisik park back to Ngaio and the school for a micro-sprint on a very dicey but quite fun map.

As restful as chasing after/being chased by two young kids can get. Good strength work out at the trampoline park, where my (nearly) 4yo niece decided it was more fun being thrown into the giant airbag than jumping off the tramp into it.
