Running 1:26:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:37 / km) +250m 6:02 / km

Ran up to høiås for hyttevakt....no-one there. Ran home via the yellow track which was probably the nicest I've run in the snow so far.
Got home to see on fb that someone had called my hyttevakt sjef and høiås was opening from 11.30. Nice communication guys. No way I was running back up. Will make more waffles tomorrow to make up for it.

Beautiful day. Sat outside barelegged in the sun (and out of the wind) for a bit after :)

Running 53:00 [3] 8.3 km (6:23 / km) +180m 5:46 / km

Entire body is aching from strength on Monday, plus some other winter induced niggles. So not keen on club intervals. Went for a run from home instead. Up to Eklimoen, then felt OK so decided to extend the intended loop...initially regretted the choice as I fell off the well trod tracks and onto a track that only one person had been on since the snow (in Inov8 shoes, going the opposite way from me). Swam through snow for a bit until back under the trees, where it got runnable again.
The snow looks nice, but the well trod tracks now have the feel of a sun-baked cow paddock, while the untrod tracks are a mega strength work out.

Football 1:00:00 [1] 3.0 km (20:00 / km)

2/3 of football training, thanks to forgetting to pack my training pants while in my tired jetlagged state the night before. Rest of the team was no help. Still adjusting to being back in Norway aye...my team mates were 0% help. As opposed to NZ or Aus, where someone would have had something/anything i could borrow in their car, or the girl that lives 2mins away would have lent her keys to go borrow some from home.
Eventually managed to find out where the lost and found stuff was in the club house, and scrounged a pair of trackpants from there. I think they probably belonged to someone not much more than 1/3 my age, as they were a bit (but actually not too!) tight and only reached mid calf. Also had a nice fluoro green paint mark on the right butt cheek. Stylish. They did fine though.
Everyone thought I'd gone all the way home to get my own trackies, so they can't have looked too bad. Apparently the idea of raiding lost property is a new one here...

Anyway, I got to train eventually. Was in a pretty shitty mood by the time I got started. May have hit a few passes harder than necessary to get it out of the system.

Strength and Conditioning 50:00 [2]

Club strength. Hung in through 2 rounds of circuits, thinking that we stopped after 2. Nope. I at least moved around the mats for the extra half round though, that counts right?

Running 12:00 [1] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)

I'm not sure if my running to and from strength reaches the minimum AP threshold now? At least today it did, given it was resistance training running through all the slush.

Running 1:08:00 [3] 10.7 km (6:21 / km) +220m 5:46 / km

From home to høiås via the blue track. Again, the small tracks that I used were fine for running in the snow, having been packed down by previous walkers. Worse were actually the prepared trails, where the loose snow on top made it like running in sand.
Disappointingly didn't stop for a waffle, but did get home before the snow started, so good choice.
