Hill reps with the Wellington Crowd in Wilton Bush. Managed 4x3min reps. Just at a nice steady speed. Everyone shot off in front to start, but by the 4th rep I was a hell of a lot closer to most (and ahead of 1 or 2!) of them. ;)
Kept an eye on my HR the whole time trying to keep it at or below 170, but got up to 175 on the last one. Was getting back down to the high 130s before getting back to the bottom of the hill.
Going to be interesting to see how/if my HR ranges are different post-op (once things have settled down).

Up Kaukau with Mum. legs OK, lungs a bit smashed and head 67% asleep. Felt like a ghost compared to everyone we walked past, will see how long it takes to change from my Norwegian to NZ tan.
Man I've waited a long time for that view at the top <3

2 laps of the terminal at Dubai. Tried to strava it, but gps must be blocked ;) Knew the terminal was big, but hadn't timed the lap before. Speed was 'as fast as possible while still able to dodge people, not look conspicuous, and not be too gross to sit on a 13hr flight afterward'.
