Woooo running! Extended eklimoen loop. Shin took a while to warm into it but was ok on the rougher and softer tracks. Ankle all good and wound sweet as. Slow progress :)

Micro Sprints at Hjortsberg, on 1:1200. Trying to think back over the year, and I think this is my first sprint training session in about 6 months? In fact, I've only completed 1 sprint race this year, which was JK at Easter. Crazy.

So. Dead keen to get back into sprinting. It didn't fit with WOC for this year, but next year...watch out :D

This was 5 micro courses around the school. Not a complicated area, but the scale and changes of direction make good training. And a lot of fun with 20-30 people racing around with headlamps.
Leg is definitely not 100% so need to be careful, but felt mostly fine while running. But sore on WU/WD.
