Steady run. A couple of stupid mistakes in the technical area which were frustrating. But managed to widen the gap to Fredrikstad and move us up to 2nd, so decent day's work. :) Relays are cool when my body and brain are up for the game!

Old Diamond course on Tveteskogen with Louise and Sabine. Though only saw Sabine once, and Louise caught me blueberry picking (post session!).

Bit of sickness coming in, but felt smooth and good today. Bailed on the 2nd session (sorry Louise!) but good decision - why push it when feeling rough, and risk losing the good feelings from the first session?
