Stopped off at Bodil's parents' place near Helsinki and went for a training in her backgarden forest. Pouring rain, which had me a little worried about the halter monitor I had from the cardiologist...which I'm not allowed to shower with. Oh well. I fully disclosed to him what I was doing with it and he didn't warn me against it!
Beautiful terrain although the marshes were a bit jungle like at times.

Old training on Iddefjordfjella, with Sabine R tailing. Legs felt good, and I felt in control. Aside from #5, where I stood next to a rock without seeing it, then spent 3mins hunting around for it...(and the inevitable rush and mistake on 6)
