out to the Halden canal boat locks. Nice.

Road biking, but on a mtn bike. Not sure how to define. Most of the gears worked.

Took the new shoes out for a spin. Much more support, very comfy, and not quite so incandescent yellow once I found a few puddles to put them through :)

achiles/heel/ankle is dodgy though. which means...

...this is getting put back into AP to, literally, get my butt into gear. I've been slack and thus my glutes have got slack. Chain reaction and now my neural stuff is gunked and hence the current issues. No-one to blame but myself.

I really miss Cathy.

Tracks around Venas. Or more accurately, streams and rivers around Venas.
Tried 3 strava segments. First one didn't register for some reason, Second one was mismatched, but got the third one despite half of it being wading.

Still niggly in left ankle/heel. Need some shoes with a bit more support, but my current ones are as smooth as a babies bum. no way I was wearing them today!

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 5.0 km (10:00 / km)

Hoias training. Direction course with windows around the controls. Very tough and wet going after all of the rain, not a huge amount of running happening. Distance estimation and direction can't have been too horrendous though, as I nailed most of them (aside from #2).
A little concerned at how dark it was towards the end though...teach me for making a joke about Eva taking a small head torch with her...

Jog with Jo up on the hill behind our lodge. Blowing a gale worthy of Wellington on the top, which made it very hard to appreciate the views. Or to run.
