morning jog with the girls.
4 PM

Orienteering 1:06:40 [3] 11.6 km (5:45 / km)

4th leg Tio Women's relay. No gaffling so was a procession most of the way really. Was comfortable with the pace and keeping the nav in check (but still misses on a few controls). was frustrating that half the girls were just running and not navigating, but guess that's the nature of a long ungaffled leg really.
Couldn't hang in with the Simone train unfortunately, but happy all up with a solid run and a good team result.

Jog around the forest tracks. Lost the route that I intended to take. No surprises there really.

went out to do some short intervals with Holly. But body felt super tired and very tight across chest, so pulled the plug early on and cruised around the tracks. Incidentally, I managed to keep to our set route, while she went well off course ;) Just sayin.

My first time at Eva's famous strength training. Bailed on upwards of 50% of the planks, but dear god I'm gonna be sore the next couple of days! In awe of how she just bounces from one exercise to the next, and keeps a smile on her face the entire time. Machine.

Shortened long run. Was warned about the Norwegian long run pace. But. Wow. will take some getting used to. A cruisy pace, with walking some uphills.
