Sprint Final.

Well. I ballsed that one!
Running speed is great, unfortunately my brain speed definitely was not today. Making uncharacteristic mistakes, like completely overshooting #4 (25s). Got stuck on walls (twice) on #12 (30s). Mega mixed up the buildings to 13 (40s). And then the stairs at 19 (20s).
So not a good day. But onwards and upwards I spose!

Fun course. I don't think I saw anyone but Swiss girls out there though? Every time I punched a control I seemed to turn straight into one! Clean run, eased off towards the end, but must have put a decent effort in as my calves were attempting to cramp while waiting to download
