First set of intervals back. Still managing it at midday, but I think Lukas might be keen for a switch to mornings... I must have adapted to heat somewhat in the last 4yrs!

Running 16:30 [5] 4.85 km (3:24 / km)

Session was 3 x 400-800-400, (but 440-880-440 on South Oval, and even that changed between laps as the groundman keeps coming and telling us not to run on the cricket boundary line?! Seriously, what harm could 3 of us, once a week do?!).
Anyhow, I shortened the last set so I could run the last 400 with the boys (my excuse anyway ;)
Absolute fail on conistancy today.

Run up Mt Dromedary on the South coast with Lukas. Completely different run from yesterday, but same distance and bout the same time!
Nice old coach track through the rainforest. 54mins to the summit, then a bit of an explore of the granite tors on the way down. Not much of a view through the trees, but was a bit clouded in anyway.
