Ints with Larry at South Oval.

~440m each (watch had 430m one way around the oval, 450m the other way...)
kept a steady 1.31 per rep, with ~45s coast between. Bit faster on the first and last.
Good to get out and do it, I've been avoiding flat intervals for far too long...

Little blackie single track hill reps with Larry and Lukas. Well, single track puts it nicely, more a scratchy goat track with plenty underfoot and little knicks and turns to sidestep around. Good for agility and strength. and pain.

Absolutely brutal. not surprising as I haven't done any high intensity hill sessions in months.

women's 9s. Plenty more running than last night. legs were feeling the earlier hill session, but not as much as I thought they might. So perhaps my legs are ahead of my lungs atm.
Even played keeper for a bit (not incl in time), first time in about 15 years.

Up Camel's Hump from Tidbinbilla with Shep and Larry.
indavertantly took some bonus tracks on the way back, i suspect just so Shep could get his watch over 700m climb (though mine has it as 800)
