Got ultrasound and cortisone injection booked in for a week and a half's time and it can't come soon enough to be honest.
Getting extremely frustrated and a bit down about not being able to do any constructive training. Need the exercise to clear my head of work too!

headed over to bruce ridge to see how a jog would go. Head was ok, muscles were sore, knee was twingy. Pulled the plug after 10mins, but did see the uni-mtn-cycle guy. Which made my day :)
