Wooo. first bit of orange on my training log in ages! Sprintervals with Lachy at CSIRO. Utter pain, oh god. Felt like I was running on the spot at times! Next weekend is going to be fun, in a masochistic sense.

Up Ainslie from home via my new almost-favourite route. Hammy not that great today. and quad still sore from thursday, thinking it might be some deep bruising from the fall i took on top of little blackie. My back's been real tight the last couple of days which explains the hammy, need to relax more obviously!
