Ran from catchpool to the dairy. And then from the dairy to the pizza shop.

Via a couple of mountains.

Today and Yesterday I have done next to nothing physically. It's been amazing.

o-gang run from Sarah and Ben's. Plenty of people tonight so had a good little train going :)

Straight up Crow's Nest, which was painful. Very glad of the breather 3/4 of the way up to wait for the others to catch up! Then on to the top of Otari. From there I went back to catch up with Jula. Magnus and Jula then decided to cut a corner and sent me on ahead to catch up the others again and make them wait at the next junction.

But they were well infront. So i got a nice tempo run, and missed catching them by 50-60m at the junction. So waited for the other two, doing some bonus hill reps trying to figure out where they'd appear from the bush. Smashed my favourite track down to flax clearing, then took the harder route back along the (hillier than I remember) red track to the top of croften downs while Mags and Jula took the flatter road route.

Got dropped off at top of Karori and ran home over the skyline. Another hot day and next to no breeze, was fairly smashed by the end!
