physio, back to uni, home. Front light keeps cutting out. Once I've stopped spending all my money on physio i'll save for ayups...

Physio worked some more magic today. Following my jog on sunday the only real effect was the tender spot on my heel was a bit more tender for a day or so.
Acupuncture today really helped with that, it's still there, but I wouldn't notice at all if i didn't keep prodding it and wondering if it's fully gone yet :)
And got some orthotics to help out with heel lift and stability. Pretty much allowed to go running/play soccer, so long as it's comfortable and no pain. So will try some light trainings this week and see how I go.
