hell yeah. finally got grannys permission to give the magnolia in teh front the chop. Me and my uncle got through it in half an hour, not bad aye? found some might unhappy slugs though. Think my guns (or lack thereof) enjoyed the workout after a break from lugging a pack around europe. they certainly hurt after!

i didnt want to do pushups before, as it mean putting pressure on my ankle. but in bed this morning i suddenly realised i can do girls pushups on my knees! excitement!

got the paper run down to 8mins today, must have been more awake!

went up on teh blorange and walked to the top and around whilst mum did the run that dad and i did on my first day over here. wow, seems like ages ago! sheep have been sheared since then, so look less scraggly. they did try to nick my apple of me while i tried to eat it though!
Saw rhodri for a bit after, good to see him back running again. that will be me soone enough :)

beautiful day so let mum take me up the sugarloaf. Was a really nice walk and ankle was alright on the way up, but had to take it pretty careful coming down. felt tweaks a couple of times but worth it i reckon. We were still faster than all the other walkers we saw. Found some really nice welsh blueberries on the way up, not as abundant as in sweden, but still tasted good! I'm becoming quite the wild berry coneseur, even if i cant spell it!

got out around the lanes again after visiting gran in hospital. went other way around this time, meant a longer more sustained hill. breathing still sore but better than yesterday. and didnt stop to pick blackberries this time round :(
