Running 32:00 [3]

went for a run in the macracarpa strip of hydrabad. would be mint for a sprint, just would be a long narrow map! checked out the block next to it too but got stuck in chopped down trees.

Running 49:00 [2]

easy run around wilton bush. far out my body is sooo stiff and sore after football yesterday! real tight left hammy too. feeling marginally less sore after though. was planning on 30-40 mins, but wanted to go down my fav track :) me 2, tree 1. though i was going bout half my usual pace down the track, so not sure that dodge counts

Strength and Conditioning 10:00 [1]

had a good stretch. pain.
8 PM

Football (futsal) 30:00 [4]

filled in for mariko's team, or rather the team she was filling in for. think it was an onslow teacher's team. man it was intense! was told 10s before kick off that oh yeah we're just a social team and the team we're playing is national futsal champs! we played with 3 girls on our team against 5guys. never really had a chance. but mariko and i managed a couple of goals between us, which had everyone including the other team cheering! mean fun, more intense than indoor. (futsal is pretty much indoor but with a heavier ball and fewer rules)

Football warm up/down 35:00 [3]

Got up at 5am to catch ferry back in time for this game, i hope it was worth it cos my body hates me now!

Football (Game) 1:30:00 [4]

my first game of the season. Found it a bit frustrating, just the level of skill and speed of the game isnt the same as central league. guess I'll get used to it, just got to remember orienteering is the focus this year, not soccer! still it's annoying not being able to fully trust the backline behind you...
anyhow, did alright for a bunch of girls who'd barely played together before. Upper hutt had a few familiar faces, girls who'd dropped down from their central team, luckily not Toni or i'd be copping a few more bruises than i already am today!
won 3-2, first time ive been on the winning side in over 12 months, should i be admitting that?
two set ups and a goal, though knowing me that's me done for goal scoring this season!

Football warm up/down 10:00 [2]

really really needed to do more. will remember next week!
