warm up to the start. glad it was a decent distance as i really needed a good warm up after yesterday!

ran Red short after yesterday's efforts.
legs were very stiff after driving down in the morning, but weren't too bad once i got going somwhat surprisingly. uphills were fine, downhills werent too great though, only had my poor old decrepid inov8s to run in, resulting in sliding down most of the hills!
won the course by 7mins, 12 ahead of next girl...oops, (hope people don't think i was poaching the course, i really was too sore to do anything longer!)
