Running long 1:30:00 [3]

Run with S-Rah, the toddinator and mag-dizzle up belmont. we found the STEEPEST track ever! was epic :) completely went over on ankle on way down, but only planning to put controls out/in for event tommorrow, so should hold up.
oh and another beautiful day, can't beat wellington! :D (no wind too!)

Running 50:00 [3]

Run with S-Rah up through aro from her place to the bunkers then back down the sanctuary fence. It's so much worse running it in daylight when you can see how steep the track is! sarah pointed out some of the control sites from winter classic, which made me very jealous that i missed it...
then we had the best home made pizza ever for lunch! yum!! and then i had to go back to uni and pretend to do work :(

Strength and Conditioning 5:00 [3]

stopped at playground with sarah, well not really playground, more a fitness thingy in the playground. hadnt seen it before (given every time we've been on this run before its been dark!)
anyhow had great fun doing the exercise things, incl the "muscle buster" ouch! Also had some bar things which were good for practicing fence hurdles on...i thought i was gonna die trying to clear the middle one!

Football (indoor) 30:00 [3]

freaking 9.30pm game! good fun though, creamed the opposition 22-5 or something. 6 or 7 goals tonight, cant quite remember

Running 50:00 [3]

Run from wilton substation up electricity board and down otari. Ducks didn't mess with me this time, prob cos i took mummsy along to sort them out! by golly that woman can run fast, kept me going at an honest pace :)
she also insisted we run by moon light, which was stunning, if a little ankle breaking (or ankle strengthening depending how you look at it).

Running 51:00 [3]

didnt have a car, bike or money, so had to run into uni. legs had no energy in them so felt soooo slow!
ran with my camel pak on for first time in ages, always feels weird for a while which prob contributed to my slow feeling. took all the short cuts i knew but still took 50mins, which is bout what it takes me without short cuts usually!
beautiful sunny day though, even if i had to run straight into the southerly :)

Run with s-rah, jamie, hamish and ramesh from wilton bush to saddle before johnstons hill.
had to run there from uni, so 20ish minutes gunning it to get there on time, which i failed to do cos i bumped into Paul TS on the way and had to stop and talk bout permissions for Newlands event this weekend. i was meant to email him bout it a month ago...oops!

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]

Running around Newlands checking courses for next weekend. the maps a bit dodge to say the least,so had to make a few changes.
got caught in a downpour half way round, so looked like a drowned rat when i got home. well not really, but you know what i mean, i got rather wet.

Football (indoor) 30:00 [3]

playing on a sunday evening which was novel. T-dog wasn't there and neither were couple of the guys so had fill ins. guy who filled in thought he was the shit and wouldnt pass it, specially to a girl. so passing game wasnt very good and you cant run through a team by yourself...idiot! anyway were playing an easy team so won 18-5 or something, but not nearly as enjoyable as usual. only scored 3 goals...cos tessa wasnt there to set me up! :)
