been in berlin for a week, did lots of walking, prob more than i should have on my foot. Dont think i can really count it as training though. Now back in south wales with grandparents and mum. Have got the bike out of the shed and fixed it up, so as soon as i harden up enough i'll get out and brave the roads on it. better than doing nothing anyway.
Coped alright with not running when the weather was crap here, or in berlin when i had stuff to do. but today its beautiful, i have nothing much to do, and all i want is to go out on the hills and run!

up and round the lanes. breathing was terrible going up the hills thanks to my german cold. stopped and picked blackberries on the way back, but as tempting as it is, i didnt include that in my cycling time :)
