Women's Trophy with Caoimhe and Aoife
Out first leg (my worst) but just tried do my own thing and sure enough all the top people ran away pretty quickly. Got so frustrated when my stomach started at me on the way to the first control. I then has to walk and couldn't even begin to jog again until about 6. So annoying.

Out super early due to yesterday's race but really tried today to focus on navigating well. As a result I was going reeeally slowly but made no where near as big mistakes.

Complete disaster. Just about everything went wrong, even the most obvious of controls. (I don't think my brain was working today!)

JK sprint in Swansea University
Blah really didn't enjoy the cross country race from 16 and really struggled considering I'm not fit at the moment. Made two silly mistakes but really that field running ended any hope of me having an okay time.

Flying to the JK in the morning! My entire right ankle/foot is pretty sore but I'm hoping it'll hold out for the weekend and I'll get around the courses (eventually!)
