Run from home to broadale and back. After that did a lap of the estate. Started lashing half way through so wasn't very nice!

Orienteering race 1:35:00 [4] 7.0 km (13:34 / km) +380m 10:40 / km

SHI Individual on Carlingford
Started well but as soon as the fog came down (going to four) everything got worse! Only made small mistakes on 6,7 and 8 but going to nine I was so scared because I couldn't see anything with the fog. I ended up spiking the control but I was terrified that I was so lost the whole way to it. (So much hesitation) Lost 7 minutes to 11 and a whole lot more throughout the course. The whole foggyness really meant I couldn't orienteer properly at all! Really reeally bad race but I'm just so glad I finished it!

SHI relay with Roz and Olivia.
Out last leg and went off on a mini mass start (with myself!) Just before Olivia came in. Had an alright run but made too many mistakes. Going to 5 I lost confidence half way through and ended up loosing a lot of time. Then again en route to no.7 I came down way.too.low and had to climb all the way back up. Stupid naviagtional mistakes. I also went over on my ankle crossing the stream just after punching the last control.
