Run along the tracks and run along the tracks some more. Still i wasnt nearly quick enough. Need to be very clean and make sure i keep flowing through the controls. One big mistake i cut in a ditch early and looked right rather than left cost me 2 mins. Not good enough

Training again, Montagne de Bagne. Long run to the start but was worth it as the top part of the map was really nice not too much rock. Found all the controls no major mess ups so happy with today

Le Revard. Weather was a bit rubbish .Was going well till i coudlnt find a control didnt relocate very well . Very fustrating because i had been so safe till then. Mistakes in this terrain will cost you.
