Imra Hill race. was going well till i got a stich at the top of the first ascent. Really struggled on the downhill bit but kept going till the end.

Local event in djouce. Made a real mess of a few controls . I was quite sloppy. Need to be better at catching mistakes. Course length 5.5 km above distance includes warm up etc
