Sore throat last night and a bad case of the shivers. Sore throat continued today so gave the o-training up north a miss to try and get it sorted

6-mile with duhac. Calf still sore after the weekend, also got a crippling stitch after about 15 mins from eating too much too close to the run. Had to stop for a few mins to lose it, losing the group in the process, so finished the run on my own at an easy pace. The lads were pushing it tonight, they did it in about 42..

easy run from college along sandymount. Calf felt fine during it but was sore afterwards

Giving the calf the day off so went for a cycle out over Howth head, climbing it from sutton cross, and then turning around in howth and climbing it from that side. Nice cycle, incredible sky coming home along the seafront

Bodyweight gym session. 4 sets * 20 reps for each group. 5 mins warm up on the rowing machine
1 - speed press ups, squat thrusts, bicycles
2 - dips, sl lunges, v sits
3 - wide press ups (x10), squat jumps, horizontal running
Tough aul session. Right calf wrecked after the weekend, so no running today
