Was doing the brown course and had a great run today and was very pleased :) Lost about 2 and a half minutes overall.
Lost about 30 seconds + on the way to 1 thought that it would be lower than where it was so hesitated a bit.
Lost about 2 minutes o my way to number 13, went straight up and over the hill but on the way to thirteeni drifted to the right, but soon seen Declan about 100m to my left heading in the right direction.
Very happy with my course and was 2 minutes down on the leader :)

Run up Slieve Croob, the first that i have had one up there for ages. Legs were quite sore, probably due to the lack of hill running but hopefully i will change that soon. Good to get out on the mountain again :) and some very fast descent ha ha

Rgby training at school, did drills for about 40 minutes or so and the rest was game time :)

Road run with dad, we also did some hill reps too. Pushing hard on the hill reps but wasn't really pushing too much on the road run.

Run (trail run) 35:43 [4] 7.28 km (4:54 / km) +312m 4:02 / km

Trail run in Drumkeeragh, ran down to the bottom of the forest and then did two loops of the big hills :) gettting plenty of climb, did the course quicker than expected but i haven't done it in a while
