Recovery week, mean 12-15h.workout.
today should be roller ski 1.30h but my R. foot is completely. out of service.
maybe more roller skiing this week , one QW, and try to recovery my R. foot.


not bed results for my 45y old . and for my injuries record. I'm close then ever to my performance 28 y. ago. and after 25 years not practicing orienteering and any running, and after two time HEART surgery act. I was whit clinical death and other injuries ...
I remember after the surgeries my BG friend told me : you never gonna do Orienteering more.....
but I did it, Yeahhhhhh.
If you want something too much if you like something nothing can stop you!!! I'm so happy that i can feel the Orienteering like before, before in my other life!!!
I can say THANK YOU USA for giving me chances to do it again!!!.

1 Act. I ask myself to the last moment going or not to Blue Hills
2 last week was volume -week for me
3 pain in my R. foot - plantar fasciitis.
( heavy night last night ;))) )
all these things made me little slowdown but good training... ;)))))))

must feel your body. Don't care to much about the time, if you feel good, and coming uphill just do it.

I don't know going or not to blue hills...
I don't like mass starts all running together no individual thinking just run run ............
