A long run in the sun. Hot out and taps aff for about 75% (with suncream, yes mum), going alright mostly, but started to grind at the end, I think given the heat etc.

Parkrun tempo
A little too rushed getting down to feel like I was going to be able to have a serious go at it, but also y legs still feeling heavy from Wednesday. Only really wanted a tempo and I felt nicely forced into it by the circumstances.
Also thought I had made the start on time but in really I was the the back, and they'd already starter running so I spent the first few km overtaking crowds.

She is on the way back to fitness, and I felt similarly. Running alright, but feeling overweight (really this was probably mostly a big snack 30mins before).
But got good solid work in and it feels like this will kick on my fitness, bit of a rut-buster.
