Jukola 2014
2nd leg for Tisaren 3.
Started off just under 10mins down apparently. Was running quite quickly but routechoice error to 1, plus some small things, and I lost a good bit of time (maybe 2mins).
Got back into it, but lost about 1min on 4, and then lost another 90s on 7. Ran fast from here too and was navigating well, took a left route for 12 which was nie but dropped to much near the control and ended up loasing another 90s.
Ran hard at the front of a pack and started to drop them qith some fast running, but went over my ankle and had to hobble for a bit, then walk a good bit of the return (around 3mins),
Still good fun. And good to see the shape was decent, but a lot of mistakes probably down to lack of night training.

Ran the Tissarträffan H50 course on Blåberga.
Very nice terrain, some rough greens forced me into going around on 1 leg, but generally good running.

3000m time trial with olgy / tisaren.

Pretty shit time. Was too hot out for a good time and my legs have been tired the last day or two but I'm not too bothered about the time.

Haven't been doing any speed work since March and clearly it had showed. Will have to make sure speed work is more consistent nect year but for the summer I can just focus on strength.

Long orienteering.
Went out to do a long session, took one of the winter saturday training courses, and left from the clubhouse.
Again feeling really tired though. So skipped the 2nd half and jogged back.
Good time in terrain but my legs are still energyless no afterward which is unusual.
