shoes: Puma Trailfox 4

Having not run in a while, on pavements, with old shoes... I was bound to get blisters.
I stopped around 7km (ctrl 15) and was doing quite well at 33:31. Jogged 16, walked 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28 and finish. Shame because i missed out racing the barbican section :( still had a fun race though.

Might start swimming when I'm back at uni as triathlon prep. No goggles so slow breaststroke.
