Paced myself really well. Slight miss 9, 14, 18 and 19. Otherwise, dead easy.

In Leicestershire I think that when people say "There's no undergrowth, its really runnable, yes you can wear shorts" roughly translates to "The undergrowth IS the forest!! MWUHAHAHAHAH!!!" :L

I was going to do intervals on the course but it somehow turned into a steady run.

Just checked the final details for the british and it says im only running 11.2km. Not sure whether im happy or not that its not the 19.8km someone told me.

Really good run. Perfect weather and nice tracks in the fields. Some law or something means that all the fields I ran through had what amounts a path round the edge. :)
