PM Run in Kiev with Mike. So dead from waking up at 3:45 am to catch our flight. Felt better as we went but not great. Nice out 21C, moderate wind.

AM British Sprint Champs Qualification. Loughborough University East at 1:4000. A few hesitations and small mistakes, so good to get those out before the final. Took it at about 70-80% effort. 3rd place in the B heat 40sec back. Nice day around 21C.

PM British Sprint Champs A Final. Loughborough University Central at 1:4000. Two small mistakes one at #4 where I got a bit mixed up where I was going-8s, #11- a micro route error-8s, also had a couple other questionable routes and a few hesitation. Overall a good race and pushed when I could. Happy with 5th place! 1:05 back but 18sec from second which could have been easily doable without those two stupid mistakes. Awesome course with some nice legs in the detailed section. Nice day around 21C.

PM Training at Bloomsbury Squares and Gardens at about 1:4000, not the best print quality but it was good enough. Good routes. Nice run, took it fairly easy. Felt pretty good. Nice out 20C, W 17 km/h.

PM Intervals at Mile End Track in London, 1km R3’ 1km R3’ 600m R2:30’ 400m. Just a short fast track workout, more of an easier workout to deal with the jet lag rather than a taper. Felt pretty good, better than expected for being jet lagged. Good times, sea level helps haha. Felt strong and I think i'm in good shape! Ran alone. Nice out 18C, NW 11km/h, felt it on the back straight.
