PM Classic ski on the river down below the house 1.2 km loop. Skied again to give my knee a rest. Way faster than yesterday but also went harder too. Cold out -16/-28C, with the S wind at 31 km/h. Mostly sheltered so wasn't bad.

PM Classic ski on the river down below the house 1.2 km loop. Skied again to give my knee a rest. Pretty slow today in the cold and breaking trail through the drifted snow for the first bit. Cold out -21/-30C, with the light wind W wind at 13 km/h.

PM Run to Assiniboine Park and back. Felt ok, knee was sore to the touch in the same spot it has been afterwords. Cold, -14C/-22C with the SE wind at 15 km/h.
