Cycling (MTB) 46:16 [2] 18.35 km (2:31 / km) +183m 2:24 / km
ahr:136 max:171 shoes: Bontrager Foray Mountain Shoe

Out before breakfast on a misty morning. Looked worse than it was.
Feeling better this morning than yesterday.

Body not feeling it at all. Stuck to tarmac as a result. Zombie cycling, just couldn’t get interested. Could be a combination of things. At least I got some exercise.

Saturday Sep 16 #

Note
(rest day)

Not feeling great after running yesterday, still a bit run down.

Would’ve been tricky though to get something done as we went to Fota. So walk around there and had Oscar on my shoulders for too long. He’s not a light weight.

Trails 39:04 [3] 6.19 km (6:18 / km) +161m 5:35 / km
ahr:153 max:171 shoes: Salomon Speed Cross 5

Not 100% but still went for a run. Damp evening too.

Happy with the legs for a change, didn’t have the same issues as the last run.

Mix of big trails, small trails and no trails.

Thursday Sep 14 #

Note
(rest day)

Working late with a public consultation in Killorglin. 12 showed so not a busy afternoon although 2 stayed to chat for about an hour.

Wednesday Sep 13 #

Note
(rest day)

Half day as an appointment in Cork.

First time on the extra bit of the Macroom bypass, only 1 section to go. Will be in Cork in no time soon.

Tuesday Sep 12 #

Note
(rest day)

Throat less sore but sniffling a small bit. Today is my usual rest day anyways and due to different things on Friday is next available day to do something.

Monday Sep 11 #

Note
(rest day)

Throat sore so no running.

Looks like 3 good cycles in a row is not good for me!
