Barraduff-Annablaha-Tiernaboul
Had planned longer in my head but after mulling a few options on the bike I went for the first turn. Probably for the better. Was feeling tired before I started, took until Glenflesk to warm up, so happy to have got something done.

Wind from the east so had it over Lough Guitane and up the hill home.

Roads in east kerry are still shite, apart from the Tiernaboul descent past the Spa GAA club, some nice tarmac there to go with some nice downhill. Plenty of traffic on the way in to Killarney on this road from Gneeveguilla too.

Muckross

Had to go into the office today so ran after work. Got dropped off on the way home from town, i trusted Mary to get my car up the hill. So headed out around the limestone and then from there home on the road.

Wasn’t moving too fast but think I was conscious of my legs after the physio. They felt ok but was being careful. Not feeling tired today so that’s an improvement on the last couple of days.

Legs got a service. No issues of note apart from watching my left foot placement, seems to be turning out.

Other than that in big trouble energy wise, after taking a hit from yesterday, and stomach a small bit off as a result. Went to bed early.

This was a bad idea in hindsight. Got caught badly in the rain up high. So think I pushed too much in getting home and went too deep after what was a good Easter training wise. It is also possible that something I ate for lunch afterwards was off. Either way the body was in a bad way later on.

Climbing wise I was slow, to be expected, but ok with how I actually felt. Not that bad in the legs.

Didn't help later that i'd a flat tyre on the car to deal with. Had toast for dinner as stomach wasn't feeling great. Still ate a bit but just not my dinner!

Ran into town with Oscar, his 1st spin proper in the running buggy and he's now 2 and a half!

Got some drizzle but mostly ok.

Maybe a bit tired but think the weight of the buggy made things harder.
