Got out for a spin in what was the better part of the morning, rained later. Some light rain at times on the bike but didn't get soaked.

Body feeling fine after the illness.

Did get pushed in places, mainly because I thought there were bikes behind me!

Decided to risk passing the road closed signs to Dinis, went ok as far as BricĂ­n Bridge where there were metal fences across the road, so turned back. Went back along the trail again, not sure when I did that direction before if at all.

Did a bit more then over towards Torc and then home. A few minutes longer than planned.

Windy morning but felt ok on the sturdier bike. Into my face down the hill starting out so knew i'd have it to push me up the hill home, which worked out nicely.

Weather and timing didn't go my way today. Had time to train but was wet. Didn't fancy getting soaked the day after finishing antibiotics. Body will benefit from the extra day for more recovery.

Finished the course of antibiotics this morning. Still troubled by the tiredness/soreness behind my eyes. Did improve later in the day, as the gap between when I last had the antibiotics increased.

Chest feeling better after the drugs but head feeling bad. Some paracetemol after work helped. I think it's down to the antibiotics that is causing it.

Still on the antibiotics.
So will start the week easy. And hopefully get back into things later in the week, short walk on Wednesday and then maybe some training on Thursday.
