Couldn't help myself but the sun was shining and not feeling too bad. Plan was to take it easy, and i'm basing my effort on how wet my jersey was when I finished, not very, so didn't sweat much despite it being a hot day.
PR on the Dinis section by 8 seconds.
The lighter bike makes a difference.
Nice spin and enjoyed the bike. Clips definitely make uphill out of the saddle a lot more comfortable than when i'd Tiernan's bike.
