Windy and damp in a few places, did miss a shower in Killarney though, got the tail end of it as I neared home. Wind was from the south which isn't that bad a direction.

Wasn't feeling too great early on, tired. But in Beaufort there was a bike in front, a target, who got a gap at the bridge due to traffic. Meant I pushed hard up the hill from the bridge. Was tough then home after passing the guy as there was a headwind. Think without the bit of an effort it would have been a slog.

Kinda disappointed that the guard didn’t breathalyse me when they stopped me in Newmarket!

Humid evening.

Leg feeling a bit tired from not exercising in a few days but nothing major. Don't think training had any negative affects in terms of the cold which is mostly better.

Cold has improved so thinking about going for a run tomorrow. Nice evening so got the grass cut when I got home. Back also improving.

Definitely have a cold, not too bad during the day but got worse after dinner, maybe a hot curry causing the additional runniness.

Back was sore yesterday evening and still is this morning. Think maybe a couple of days rest can only do it good. Legs are tired this morning after the weekend so probably would have rested today anyways. Not the best night's sleep again last night either.
