Not feeling good. Looks like cycling yesterday was a bad idea.

On the way down the hill I realised my HR strap was in the boot of my car. Could have done with it this morning to see if I really should have been cycling. Lungs not great, mostly fine though, only felt under pressure and started to breath heavier after passing out a tractor. Had to be done, it was only doing 30kph.

Southerly wind so knew I’d to face that to get home. At that stage I was feeling flat, probably a combination of being sick during the week and cycling before breakfast.

Had breakfast when I got home and some tea. Then around 1130 while moving my leg off the couch right hamstring cramped very badly. Erik was laughing at me lying on the floor in agony.

Wasn’t expecting to bump into a fellow attackpointer while walking between the Demesne and Killarney House this afternoon!

Improving but not there yet. Just feeling a small bit shitty rather than any major symptoms.

I do look like i've been orienteering though. Was helping the chap cutting our trees down yesterday and pulling branches out of a ditch full of briars while wearing shorts is not a good idea, hence my legs look like they've been orienteering. Speaking of orienteering, I really need to do some!

Won't train again today. Think cold might have stabilised as a light one, but throat not fantastic. Don't feel up to training. Probably have to do some manual labour at home this afternoon so will see how that goes.

Not sure how this week will work, not feeling the best this morning, maybe a touch of a cold. Just will depend on how that works out. Will make a tentative plan nonetheless.

Monday - Run, not too long and also slowly
Tuesday- Cycling
Wednesday - Cycling
Thursday - Run
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Cycling (Race)
Sunday - Run

Can't see all that actually happening but all the better if it does.
