Bitterly cold with some snow later.

Although no idea where the GPS went for that point to the north.

Killarney-Board of Works-Caragh Lake

Out with the club on this cold morning. First half of the day there was a tailwind, the 2nd, which was the way home, was into a headwind.

Longer day than I expected. Lost 2 after Board of Works, but one other continued when maybe he was out of his depth. So pace was slow.

Legs did start to feel tired towards the end though but pace a bit higher from Fossa to home.

Heavy rain when I left work early. But cleared in time to go running.

Legs a small bit sore but alright. Not worse afterwards anyway. Pace slightly faster than recently, didn’t feel like an issue, but just concerned about affect on the legs.

Buggy/Pram/Car Seat bought this afternoon. About time too, only 5 weeks to go, if baby arrives on time.

Legs feeling fine and wasn't too difficult to get through this slightly shorter episode.

Knockreer

Random run around the Demesne. Some more trails than usual as ventured into the woods for a run on the paths in there, and ended up doing more in the woods than planned. Positive though as it meant more softer running.

Legs not feeling too bad.

Strong wind though in some of the more open areas but sort of stayed dry. Definitely weather deteriorated before I got home.
