Probably ran faster than I should have. But kinda liked moving faster than a walk. HR higher for this type of run but fitness explains that.

Felt a bit chilly when running back towards the playground, breeze coming from that direction.

Toe was ok I think, no pain. Also no pain anywhere else although some stiffness in quads afterwards probably due to lack to running. Must go find where I put my foam rollers.

Got on the bike after getting back from UCC. Finished early which was good.

Pointless...on BBC

Wasn't sure I felt up for this but went for it. Had been a bit better. And not expecting I'll get anything else done until Saturday.

Could probably also add 2 hours of upper body conditioning, others might call it painting. Can definitely see progress in the spare bedroom now. Another coat on the walls I did today and then the skirting boards will be a quick job.

Note

Not sure what i'll get done this week. Not feeling great at the moment, bit of a sore throat at times over the weekend, mainly overnight, and just generally feeling a bit under the weather. Also back in UCC Thursday-Saturday so that'll keep me in different counties from my turbo trainer.

One thing I do plan on doing is to try running next Sunday.
