Went back to see the consultant this morning and had an x-ray beforehand on the toe.
Toe is healing well, so that's some good news.
Consultant was saying 6 more weeks before running again! But can try cycling maybe in around 2 weeks depending on how it feels. Pain not being the feeling that is wanted.
Disappointing not to be running sooner but maybe lessen the 6 weeks depending on how the cycling goes. Running when it does happen shouldn't be on rough ground either. But he didn't say how long to avoid rough ground for.
