Bit longer at it this evening. Attempted some exercises I saw online, will look again as wasn't too impressed.
"Begin in a plank on an uncarpeted floor", i've got carpet so that was 1 I couldn't do!
Think i'll try training tomorrow if i've time. An extra day won't kill me although have to go to Mallow on Tuesday afternoon.
Some more improvement today but no physical exercise. Lot of baby time today, visited one of Mary's friends who had a baby a couple of weeks ago in Cork and went from there to visit Ailbhe.
Really bad nights sleep, work up around 3.30 and took at least an hour or more to get back to sleep. Then was moving desks from downstairs to upstairs at work during the afternoon so went home pretty wrecked. Body not great. Spent the evening on the couch.
Really didn't feel up to anything today. Still sick. Decided to go to SouthDoc in the evening, had enough and was concerned that chest was in trouble, doc found nothing, just said it was a virus. No drugs so that's both a negative and a positive I suppose.
Fitted in some core but ill. Will need to get more in later in the week to catch up. Sore throat not better and possibly overall feeling worse as the day goes on.

Saturday - Orienteering (will head to Crohane for another look for 223)
Sunday - Cross Country (race in Waterford but probably not in the right frame of mind for it)
