Tralee-Farranfore-Castleisland-Tralee. Work BBQ the night before so didn't get to bed until 3.30am. As i'd a few things planned for today, Lions match starting at 2pm, the only time for training was the morning. Got up at 9am for breakfast and left the house around 10.20. Felt good as far as Castleisland but after that the last 10miles home I didn't like as much. Headwind again, every day this week the wind seemed to blowing against me, just found it very frustrating cycling at 25% less speed than I should be going. I understand that fighting the wind is good training, but not good mental training as I feel i'm going nowhere.
