Sorted out battery in HR strap before setting out. Damp at times but didn’t rain too heavily. Still some wind blowing too.

Body wasn’t really feeling fantastic throughout, stopped for a top up too from some Haribo just before Dinis.

Must figure out what the construction work is after Dinis. Some mats heading across the bog, maybe towards Old Weir Bridge.

Started feeling better closer to home so effort increased. Added a bit more before finishing with a loop around Poulnaderka. Had planned on a lap of the field on the Doo Lough loop but 2 people standing in the middle of it so decided against it.
