Usual Tuesday but went to the office.

Randomly without a plan apart from where I was starting. Made it up as I went along.

Not a nice day, wet. That being said I think the last 5-10 minutes were bad but before that I think I got a lull in the weather. So could have been worse.

They are replacing the footbridges on the path to the left as you enter Bluepool so should be able to let the lads loose on them when they are finished. Wouldn't have trusted them on the old bridges (planks with no rails).

Forest I chose to cut back across to the MTB track to get me back to the car was fine in shorts.

Body definitely feeling more energetic today than yesterday.

Have been lax on the plans front recently so best get back to it. That being said if I had a future goal that might help with plans, whether it be a cycling goal or a running goal. I do think I need to up the distance on the road bike, just in case some sportive comes along that I fancy.
