2 parts to the run:
Part 1 - 18.46
Part 2 - 19.30

Reason i've split the run is that I was feeling very positive for the first part and very negative for the 2nd part.

Positive as did some planning for an interesting run on Saturday, some route planning done earlier and was looking forward to. Was feeling grand running, some soreness in the calves but generally was feeling ok.

BUT, just as I got to Torc Waterfall the left calf started to hurt. Stopped and tried to stretch it for a bit, didn't really work as couldn't find a stretch to work. Started back running at a slightly slower pace. Furthest point from the car, typical, so just went for the straighest route back. Very negative thoughts on the way back, pissed off with the calf.
