Delayed transfer to quarantine so only got a short warm up around the warm up map.

UL Sprint.
Started off steadily due to small warm up. Ran up steps to 1 instead of road- ~10secs. Also realised here that I forgot to take control descriptions so some unfolding of map was necessary on a few legs. Missed cutting the corner to 2- 5secs. Wrong route to 12, 18 and 20. Good race, and was planning ahead really well (except for the last intricate loop). Really well planned and organised race.

Middle Distance, Ballyedmonduff.
Kept missing in the circles quite badly. 1- 10secs, 2 (huge banana)- 30secs, 3- 10secs, 4- 20secs, 6- 10secs, 7- 10secs, 8- 25secs, 9- 5secs, 10- 10secs, 11- 15secs. Need to slow down to be smoother and cut out these time losses, was very rushed.

Maynooth.
Wrong routes to 1, 2 and 6 but felt I was moving well. 10 was in the wrong place, so spent 25secs searching before seeing it. Couldn't really raise the intensity after this and started to orienteer badly, not planning ahead and making small mistakes. Bad routes to 11, 14, 17 and 19. Wore wrong shorts as well so had to keep re-adjusting and was just very uncomfortable the whole time.

Sprint 1 Ticknock Park.
Such a sick area and map and course and map design. Just awesome. One time loss at 9 (~30-35secs) where there was a crossable fence but a bit spiky so had to run around. I would have hopped it in a race though so happy I took the route. One sub-optimal route to 7. Started to rain so a bit apprehensive on some corners/surfaces.

Sprint 2.
One sub optimal route to 13. Hadn't planned ahead so rushed the first route I saw. Probably not that much difference between the two but still. Very wet so slow going around corners. Only planning 0-1 controls ahead instead of 2-3, needs work. Similarly awesome map and course.
